The designed conveyor belt collects the feces under the chicken coop, and the feces fall from each layer of the conveyor belt to the horizontal conveyor belt, and then directly transported to the truck through another conveyor belt. 8mm thick on both sides can effectively prevent chicken manure and sewage from flowing into the trough. And it is equipped with a plastic splint (plastic hook) to ensure that the conveyor belt will not deviate and wear and tear will be reduced to a low point.

The transmission bandwidth is 970mm, and the weight per square meter is 550g. It is made of polymer environmentally friendly materials. It has good wear resistance, strong tensile force, anti-aging, no thermal expansion and contraction, and the conveyor belt travels 8.6 meters per minute.

Equipped with cone-valve nipple, adopts double-layer sealing design, and the sealing is reliable. The outer shell is made of anti-corrosion synthetic material, anti-corrosion, anti-wear, and can rotate 360° vertically and horizontally to discharge water, with a water output of 80-120ml per minute. The height of the waterline can be adjusted. The front-end water supply pressure regulator has large flow, high sensitivity, clean water line recoil, saving time and effort.

Feeding capacity: each nipple can provide drinking water for 10-20 broilers. The square pipe waterline is always kept horizontal in the cage without deformation or rotation.
